ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may be extended during sales, promotions, product launches, and holiday seasons.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Body Essence by Shae is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Body Essence by Shae is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup may be available at select times and locations and will be clearly communicated at checkout or via email.
Customers are responsible for picking up orders within the designated pickup window. Orders not picked up within the stated timeframe may be canceled without refund.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Body Essence by Shae is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can review the issue.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During the holiday season, shipping carriers may experience delays. We encourage customers to place orders early, as delivery dates are not guaranteed once packages are shipped.
Body Essence by Shae cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.
