Led by an expert trainer in a live, interactive format. Each session brings the energy and accountability of an in-person class straight to your home. You’ll receive real-time guidance, motivation, and encouragement to help you stay consistent and push toward your fitness goals.
What You’ll Need:
- Body weight
- Dumbbells: Beginners 5-15lbs, Experienced: 8-25lbs
- Mat/Carpet
- Chair, Step board w/risers or small weight bench

- Non-Refundable Packages: All training packages are non-refundable, with no session rollovers.
- Payments: Payments automatically renew weekly on Mondays.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next payment draft at bodyessencebyshae@gmail.com.
